Duke Basketball Assistant Visits Talented Dutch Player

Hey there basketball fans! I’ve got some exciting news for you. Duke basketball assistant, Emanuel Dildy, recently paid a visit to a talented young player all the way from the Netherlands. This 17-year-old sharpshooter goes by the name of Dwayne Aristode, and he’s been making waves in the basketball world. Dildy made the trip to Brewster Academy in New Hampshire to check out Aristode’s skills.

Now, let me tell you, Duke has been keeping a close eye on Aristode for a while now. They’re not the only ones though. Other top-tier teams like Kentucky, Kansas, and UCLA are also highly interested in this young star.

Aristode, who arrived in the US over the summer, has been turning heads with his impressive performances. At the 2022 FIBA U16 European Championship, he averaged 15.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game. And get this, he shot an impressive 37.5 percent from beyond the arc on 9.1 attempts per game. Talk about skills!

Eurohopes’ Artua Pascual had some great things to say about Aristode. According to Pascual, Dwayne is an incredible athlete who can play multiple positions on the court. He’s got the height, the strength, and the agility to make a real impact. And the best part? He’s still got so much potential to grow and improve.

Now, let’s talk about Duke’s 2025 offer list. They’ve got their eyes on some serious talent. Names like Brayden Burries, Nate Ament, Cayden Boozer, Khaman Maluach, Jalen Haralson, Meleek Thomas, Caleb Wilson, Koa Peat, and Cameron Boozer are all on their radar. It’s safe to say that Duke is building a formidable team for the future.
