Huntercombe Golf Club Applies to Use Water for Irrigation

Hey folks! Guess what? Huntercombe Golf Club Limited has recently applied to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water. They want to get their hands on some water from underground strata in Nuffield, Henley on Thames. The application is for a full licence to abstract water from the grey chalk subgroup. And get this, they want to use the water for storage for subsequent spray irrigation. How cool is that?
