Paddleboarders Take Over Deeside Golf Club After Storm Babet

Hey folks! Check out these amazing photos of paddleboarders taking over Deeside Golf Club in the aftermath of Storm Babet. Can you believe it? The golf course was completely flooded, turning it into a water wonderland. Instead of letting their memberships go to waste, some clever golfers decided to explore the course on paddleboards. And boy, did they capture some jaw-dropping shots! Rob Wicks, a club member and talented photographer, used his drone to get some incredible aerial perspectives. He said, ‘You’ve got to see it from above to truly appreciate the extent of the flooding.’ One of the paddleboarders, Iain Landsman, saw this as the perfect opportunity to make the most of his membership. He said, ‘Why not take advantage of the situation and have some fun?’ It turned out to be a beautiful and peaceful day on the water, despite the unusual setting. Deeside Golf Club declined to comment on the unique event. Check out the photos and be amazed!
