A water polo teacher at an elite Sydney school was found dead in a bathroom, and shocking details about her relationship with a missing hockey coach have emerged. Lilie James, the 21-year-old water polo coach, had been dating the hockey coach for just over a month before her tragic death. The incident took place at St Andrew’s Cathedral School, where the young teacher was discovered with serious injuries. The police are still searching for the 24-year-old hockey coach, Paul Thijssen, who worked at the school. It is believed that Ms James ended the relationship with Mr Thijssen recently.
