Hey folks! Get ready for some thrilling basketball action in Greenville! The N.C. Senior Games 30th Annual State Finals 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament is in full swing at the ECU Eakin Student Recreation Center. The games kicked off on Friday and will run until Sunday. Over 40 teams, both men’s and women’s, from all over the state are competing for gold, silver, and bronze medals in seven different age categories ranging from 50+ to 80+. It’s going to be a fierce battle for the top spot!
If you’re looking for some entertainment this weekend, come on down and show your support for the teams. The games are open to the public, so everyone is welcome. And guess what? You can even catch a free ride to the tournament venue! A Senior Games shuttle will be available from the Greenville Mall parking lot behind the Belk Men’s Store.
Here’s the schedule for the tournament: On Saturday, October 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the teams will be battling it out in the team play and championship games. And on Sunday, October 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the championship games will take place. It’s going to be an action-packed weekend!
