The lease was negotiated by Larken Associates, with Rob Marek representing the company and Chris Mao representing Action Karate. The shopping center, located at 201 Strykers Road, offers 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and is surrounded by other properties owned by Larken Associates. Action Karate, which has over 30 locations across the US, provides martial arts and karate classes for adults, children, and students with special needs. Other tenants at the shopping center include H&R Block, UPS Store, and Styling Pooch Pet Services & Supplies. Larken Associates is pleased to have reached full occupancy and welcomes Action Karate as a positive addition to the local community.
