Wakefield Trinity has just made a fantastic addition to their support staff with the appointment of the experienced Ben Cooper as the Head of Strength and Conditioning. This is great news for the team and fans alike!
Ben, a 44-year-old from Crofton, has an impressive rugby background. He started his rugby journey at Stanley Rangers and went on to play professionally for Sheffield Eagles, Huddersfield Giants, and Leigh Centurions. With such a wealth of experience, Ben brings a player’s insight into the science of fitness and nutrition.
Before joining Wakefield Trinity, Ben held a senior role at Super League level with Hull FC. He then spent six successful years at Castleford as the Head of Strength and Conditioning, working closely with Coach Daryl Powell and captain Michael Shenton.
