The Isthmian Football League saw some thrilling action as Rams cut Bridges lead to three points. The leaders, Three Bridges, had an impressive start, going three-nil up against Herne Bay. However, thanks to the brilliance of Michael Salako, they had to settle for a point. Ibrahim Jalloh put the visitors ahead on twenty-seven minutes, and before the hour it was three-nil, with Kevin Rivera and Jalloh once more giving their side a strong lead. But Salako had other ideas and managed to score three goals, securing a draw for Bay, who are currently sixth in the league.
Ramsgate, three points behind the leaders but with three games in hand, continued their fine run with a narrow win over bottom side Beckenham Town. Jack Parter scored the only goal for the Rams just after the half-hour mark, delighting the crowd of one thousand and forty-one. Beckenham Town picked up an unusual six yellow cards, with six players getting booked.
Sevenoaks Town, currently third, failed to secure any points as Sheppey United moved up to eleventh. Alex Willis scored the only goal for Sheppey United, who have three wins from four matches.
Sittingbourne climbed to fourth with a one-nil victory over Ashford United at Woodstock Park. Jardel Adeyinka scored the winning goal sixteen minutes from time.
Chichester City moved up to fifth after winning an eight-goal thriller at Burgess Hill Town. City took a two-goal lead before Hill woke up, but eventually secured a five-three victory.
Lancing rose to eighth after winning a Sussex derby against Broadbridge Heath. The Lancers held on for three points despite a late goal from Broadbridge Heath.
Cray Valley PM, unbeaten so far, secured a comfortable win over Erith and Belvedere. The Millers are currently in ninth place, ten points behind the leaders but with five games in hand.
Hythe Town secured a convincing victory against Horndean, scoring four second-half goals. The Deans had Jordan Pile sent off, and Kai Garande sealed the victory for the Cannons.
East Grinstead Town, currently twelfth, saw defender Glenn Wilson as their hero in a match against Littlehampton Town. Wilson scored twice, leading his team to victory.
Merstham bounced back from defeat with a three-nil win over Phoenix Sports. Lorenzo Lewis scored the opening goal after just fourteen seconds, and also got the second of the match. Will Kendall added a third, and a red card for Jack Hopkins sealed a disappointing afternoon for Sports.
