The Mischievous Prank That Landed These College Golfers in Hot Water

College students are notorious for getting into trouble with their silly antics, and even future PGA Tour players are not exempt from this. Talor Gooch and Kevin Dougherty, who later went on to play on the PGA Tour, found themselves in hot water after pulling a seemingly harmless prank during their time at Oklahoma State. The prank involved stealing an Oklahoma State media backdrop, which they used as curtains in their house. Little did they know that their prank would be exposed when Rickie Fowler, a famous alumnus of the golf team, visited their house and a picture was uploaded to Twitter, revealing the stolen backdrop. As a result, Dougherty was suspended for an event, while Gooch received a two-tournament suspension. Despite their attempts to deny the prank, they ended up facing the consequences and had to endure a punishment workout called the gauntlet at Oklahoma State.
