During A Recent Visit To United’S Foxy’S Restaurant, Legends Lounge, And RAW Lounge, Anderton Spoke About His Battle With Osteosarcoma, A Form Of Bone Cancer, And The Challenges He Faced. He Underwent A Long Period Of Chemotherapy And Shared The Positive News Of Being Cancer-Free In September. Anderton Also Had The Opportunity To Speak To Players At AFC Fylde, Where His Former Manager Chris Beech Is Currently The Interim Head Coach. He Expressed How Much He Missed Being In A Football Environment And The Adrenaline Of Being On The Training Ground And Attending Games.
