A 15-Year-Old Student From York Has Clinched The Title Of Kickboxing World Champion At The WKC World Championship In Orlando, Florida. Isaac Calvert, A Student At Millthorpe School, Earned His Spot In The World Championships After Excelling At The English National Championship In March. Last Month, He Flew To The U.S. To Compete Against Teams From Around The Globe.
Isaac Took Part In Two Kickboxing Categories, Points And Light Continuous. He Emerged As The Gold Medallist In The Light Continuous Category, Making Him The Official World Champion For His Age And Weight Category. Additionally, He Secured A Bronze Medal In The Highly Competitive Points Category.
Accompanied By Seven Teammates From Kenshin Martial Arts In Leeds, Isaac And His Team Collectively Achieved An Impressive Tally Of Four Gold, Three Silver, And Five Bronze Medals. The Broader ‘Team England’ Also Made A Mark, Finishing Third On The Medal Table With A Total Of 32 Gold, 29 Silver, And 44 Bronze Medals.
