Empowering Future Leaders: A Revolutionary Partnership for Digital Learning

Infosys has entered into a significant collaboration with Tennis Australia, Tennis Victoria, and Tennis New South Wales, aimed at developing the future leaders of Victoria and New South Wales. This groundbreaking partnership will provide tailored digital learning to Year 9, 10, and 11 students in New South Wales, leveraging Infosys Springboard, a bespoke digital learning and collaboration platform created by Infosys.

The objective of the Future Leaders Program is to equip students from metropolitan and regional tennis clubs with essential leadership skills, preparing them for the challenges of tomorrow. This initiative, part of Infosys’ Australian Open Digital Innovation Partnership, underscores their commitment to serving the community and fostering digital experiences for all stakeholders within the sport, in alignment with the shared vision of “tennis for everyone”.

The program’s initial cohort in Victoria successfully completed the Future Leaders Program, including a three-day immersive experience at Infosys’ Melbourne Living Lab, as well as participation in the Australian Open 2023 activities.

Leaders from Infosys and the tennis organizations involved have expressed their enthusiasm for the impact of this collaboration, acknowledging the potential for young individuals to become future leaders in the sport and beyond. Their joint efforts aim to inspire the next generation of tennis leaders in New South Wales.

The Future Leaders Program not only empowers the next generation of volunteers to work closely with local tennis clubs but also fosters inclusive environments on and off the tennis court. Upon completion, students are recognized for their dedication and hard work, paving the way for their future endeavors.

In addition, Infosys Springboard, as the company’s CSR program, serves to promote inclusive education, digital learning, and engagement experiences in Australia and New Zealand.
