Addison High Takes Home a Victorious Double Win Against Curry Yellow Jackets

On a chilly Monday evening, the Addison Bulldogs exhibited a remarkable performance as they competed against the Curry Yellow Jackets in two intense basketball matches at Allen Stephenson Gym.

The Lady Bulldogs of Addison commenced strongly, securing victory in the initial and secondary intervals against the larger Curry team. Gracie Roberts, Karson Wyatt, and Ava Bartlett played crucial roles, although they were unable to maintain their lead as Curry prevailed in the third interval, outscoring them 19-3. Despite Addison’s efforts to stage a comeback in the fourth period, they fell short and ultimately suffered a 38-29 defeat. Nevertheless, there were evident signs of improvement in their gameplay.

Conversely, the young men from Addison clinched a convincing 61-35 triumph against the Curry Yellow Jackets. Their robust defense and tactical maneuvers enabled them to dominate the game, showcasing their expertise on the court.
