Concurrently, Calvary Chapel clinched a thrilling overtime triumph against St. Margaret’s, with Marley Zaky’s steal and ensuing basket clinching a dramatic victory for the Eagles. Junior point guard Micaela Hanning showcased her proficiency on the court, achieving a season-high 32 points and 11 rebounds to guide her team to victory. In nonleague action, Portola sustained their winning momentum with a hard-earned victory over San Juan Hills. Junior Nina Saiki and Kalynne Abraham-Mendez delivered standout performances, with Saiki accumulating 20 points and Abraham-Mendez contributing 15 points while also exhibiting formidable defensive prowess.
