Senior Clifford Omoruyi delivered an excellent performance, securing his fifth double-double of the season with an impressive 17 points, a career-high 17 rebounds, and three rejections. Additionally, grad Aundre Hyatt contributed 15 points and three boards, solidifying the team’s strong showing on the court.
Rutgers took an early 14-5 lead, setting the stage for an enthralling matchup.
