Exciting News for Scottish Rugby as Elliot Millar-Mills Joins Six Nations Squad

Northampton Saints player Elliot Millar-Mills has been called up to Scotland’s Guinness Six Nations squad as a replacement for injured Leicester Tigers prop Will Hurd, who is sidelined with a foot injury, and Adam Hastings, who is also out of the squad due to a knee injury.

At 31 years old and weighing 121kg, Millar-Mills qualifies to play for Scotland through his Scottish mother and has been making significant contributions to Northampton this season. He started his career with Stockport and Macclesfield, then moved to Edinburgh before joining Wasps in 2021. He made 21 appearances for Wasps before moving to Northampton at the beginning of this current season.

The tighthead prop aims to follow in the footsteps of his sister Bridget, who has represented the Scotland women’s national team.

Millar-Mills, along with Javan Sebastian and Jamie Dobie, who will also be training with the team as they recover from injury, was welcomed to the Scotland team yesterday.
