Gibraltar’s boys’ basketball team achieved a significant victory in their recent match against Sevastopol, breaking a nine-game losing streak in the Packerland Conference. The game, held on Thursday, culminated in a resounding 66-30 win for the Vikings on their home court.
Braden Sitte and Liam Lindenberg led the charge for Gibraltar, delivering impressive performances and each scoring 20 points. Lindenberg, in particular, showcased his sharpshooting skills with five successful three-pointers. On the opposing team, Lucas Delsart emerged as the top scorer for the Pioneers, contributing a commendable 13 points to his team’s total.
