Tabor City Nets Big Win Against Clarkton School of Discovery in Middle School Girls’ Basketball Match

In an electrifying display of middle school girls’ basketball, Tabor City secured a resounding victory over Clarkton School of Discovery with a conclusive score of 29-11 in the Waccamaw Middle School Conference match. DeAisa Johnson led the charge for Tabor City with an impressive 15 points, showcasing formidable skill on the court.

Presently, the Lady Eagles boast a 5-4 record and eagerly anticipate their forthcoming visit to Tar Heel on Thursday. In contrast, the 2-6 standing of Clarkton School of Discovery will see them hitting the road to face Williams Township on the same day.

The game commenced with Tabor City assuming an early lead, courtesy of a trio of baskets from Johnson, supplemented by 2 baskets from Aniya Davis, establishing a commanding 10-4 advantage. Although Aniya Willis and Hailey Taylor managed to convert some baskets for the Lady Blue Devils, Tabor City maintained a firm grasp on their lead.
