Hockey India Introduces New Coaching Course for Aspiring Coaches

Hockey India, the governing body for hockey in the nation, has recently announced the introduction of the Coaching Course Level Basic. This course is aimed at individuals with an interest in pursuing coaching careers, including former players, and forms part of the Hockey India Coaching Education Pathway Development Program. The primary goal is to cultivate and educate aspiring coaches, providing them with a platform to advance towards FIH Level Coaching Courses.

The Coaching Course Level Basic is scheduled to be conducted online from June 24 to 29, with five batches, each accommodating 40 candidates. Details regarding the online format and schedule of the courses will be communicated to the selected participants. The online registration for the Coaching Course Level Basic began on May 15 and will conclude on May 18.
