The A&L Goodbody Lounge at Kingspan Stadium, Ulster Rugby’s home, hosted a gathering of 150 individuals to commemorate the launch of the new business network. The Ulster Rugby Business Club, established in collaboration with A&L Goodbody, serves as a dedicated network for local companies and corporate members within the province. The primary objective of this exclusive club is to offer avenues for expanding business connections, increasing brand awareness, and providing unique experiences that are not readily available elsewhere.
The launch event provided a preview of the benefits and offerings that the business club will provide to its members. Quarterly events will be hosted throughout the year, commencing next season and continuing as part of the 2024/25 package. These events will feature international business leaders and speakers who will share their expertise and insights.
The Q&A panel for the launch event was led by Tommy Bowe, a former professional rugby player for Ulster, Ireland, and the British & Irish Lions, alongside special guests. In his address, Tommy Bowe expressed his enthusiasm at the convergence of the sports and business worlds at Kingspan Stadium. He commended the valuable skills and experiences that are transferable from the field to the corporate environment and wished Ulster Rugby success with their new venture.
