The official schedule for the highly anticipated 3×3 Basketball Olympic Games has been revealed. Fans and athletes alike are encouraged to mark their calendars for the return of 3×3 to the Games, scheduled to take place from 30th July to 5th August 2024 at the iconic Place de la Concorde in Paris.

During the span of seven days, the world’s premier 3×3 players will vie for victory in eight men’s and eight women’s teams, demonstrating their talents against the backdrop of some of Paris’ most renowned landmarks, including the Grand Palais, the Champs-Élysées, and the Louvre.

In contrast to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, which were held behind closed doors due to COVID-19 restrictions, fans in Paris will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the excitement of 3×3 basketball and contribute to the creation of an unforgettable festival atmosphere.

Throughout the competition, each team will face off against the others, culminating in a play-in for teams ranked 3-6, with the top two teams advancing directly to the semi-finals. Teams ranked 7th and 8th in both pools will be eliminated, narrowing down the field for the medal matches on the final day, 5th August.

The 3×3 competition will share the vibrant Place de la Concorde with other urban sports such as skateboarding, BMX freestyle, and breaking, promising an electrifying atmosphere for players and spectators alike in the 4,700-seat open-air arena.
