Boston College Men’s Hockey Unveils 2024-2025 Lineup

The much-anticipated schedule for the 2024-2025 season of the Boston College men’s hockey team has been officially unveiled. Following a heartbreaking loss to Denver in the national championship game, the Eagles are poised to once again emerge as top contenders in the forthcoming season.

It is worth noting that the season will commence with a challenging series of games at Michigan State, following last year’s two home games against the Spartans. With a commendable 25-10-3 record last year and a deep run into the NCAA Tournament, Michigan State will undoubtedly serve as an early litmus test for the Eagles.

The action will then shift to their home turf as they gear up to face AIC on October 18 for the home opener. Considering the Eagles’ outstanding 16-2-0 home record last season, they are focused on establishing a formidable home advantage at Conte Forum once more.

Notable highlights from the schedule include the eagerly anticipated January 24 and 25 home-and-home series against archrival BU, the electrifying Beanpot opener against Northeastern, and a challenging end-of-season stretch with only three home games in their final 10 regular season matches.

Another significant aspect of the schedule is the absence of games during the winter break for the second consecutive season. This decision has been made to fully support the team’s players participating in the World Juniors, ensuring that they will not be at a disadvantage during these crucial fixtures.

The 2024-2025 lineup promises a thrilling array of games, and fans are undoubtedly eager to witness another strong performance from the BC team as they strive for victory.
