James Barry Davis
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James Barry Davis, beloved husband of Peggy, loving father to Adele and Kay, and cherished grandfather to Mia and Tom. He passed away on the 7th of December after a long illness. The funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, 29th December at Wilford Hill Main Cemetery.
Christopher Tom Hallam
At the age of 64, Christopher Tom Hallam has peacefully passed away. The funeral service and cremation will take place at Bramcote Crematorium on Thursday, 21st December at 3:30p.m. in the Reflection Chapel.
Brian Heywood
It is with deep regret that the family of Mr. Brian Heywood announce his passing on Sunday, 26th November, at the age of 75. He will be fondly remembered as the District Head Postmaster of Leicester and for various Director roles for Royal Mail in Birmingham and London. He was also the CEO of a local charity, CIYA (Charnwood Independent Youth Action). The funeral will be held at All Saints Parish Church at Rempstone at 10am on Tuesday, 19th December. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the British Heart Foundation in Brian’s memory.
Glen Osborne
In memory of loving son and brother Glen Osborne, who will always remain in the hearts of his family, with love from his broken-hearted mum, brothers, and families.
Donald Stanley
After a life well-lived, Donald Stanley passed away on Friday, 8th December 2023 aged 93. Donations for his benefit at the British Heart Foundation would be greatly appreciated. His funeral service will take place on Wednesday, 20th December at Bramcote crematorium.
Tony Tongue
Loving father Tony Tongue, aged 87, passed away on the 7th of December 2023. The funeral service will take place at Gedling Crematorium on Thursday, 4th January 2024. Donations can be made for the benefit of Cancer Research UK.
Brian John Beckworth
At age 87, Brian John Beckworth passed away on the 2nd of December 2023. The family could use your support as they process his loss.
Arnold Sidebottom
Arnold Sidebottom passed away peacefully on 30th November 2023. The funeral to be held at Rushcliffe Oaks Crematorium at 10.45am on Friday, 22nd December 2023. Instead of flowers, donations to MIND would be greatly appreciated.
Keith James Jennings
Keith James Jennings, who passed away on the 30th of November 2023, is fondly remembered by his loving brother Mick, Joan, and all the family.
Maureen Helen Ball
Maureen Helen Ball, a woman who led a life worth celebrating, passed peacefully on December 3rd at the age of 92. Her funeral will be held on Monday, 18th December at The Church of the Holy Rood, Edwalton. Donations in lieu would be well received by Nottingham University Hospitals Trust.
