Top Performers in Memphis High School Basketball for Week 10 of the 2023-24 Season

The Memphis area high school basketball has exhibited an array of exceptional talents during Week 10 of the 2023-24 season. The recent games have highlighted some outstanding performances from various teams and individuals.

In the boys’ division, Briarcrest secured a 71-60 victory over CBHS, with Cooper Haynes leading the Saints with an impressive 26 points, supported by Fred Smith with 20 points. Jackson Saatkamp of CBHS contributed significantly with 19 points, and Keeper Jackson added 16 points to the game.

MUS emerged with a 60-52 win against St. Benedict, led by Brandon Nicholson scoring 18 points, Myles Gill with 13 points, and Andrew Ogbeide with 12 points.

Arlington’s narrow 45-44 victory over Houston saw Robert Tate as the top performer for the Tigers with 17 points, while Justin Frison and Keron Jackson scored 11 and 10 points for Houston, respectively.

In the girls’ category, Northpoint secured a 33-30 win over Harding Academy, with Nailah Herrera leading the Trojans with 12 points. Bella Rose Austin contributed commendably for Harding Academy with 9 points.

Moving on to Monday’s games, FACS earned a 56-38 win over St. George’s, with Jacob Walker leading the Crusaders with 22 points, and Antonio McGaughey and Kris Carroll contributing 17 and 12 points, respectively. Amir Wilson stood out for St. George’s, scoring 19 points, while Silas Jones added 11 points to the game.
