Indian Men’s Hockey Team Ready to Face Spain in FIH Pro League Showdown

The Indian Men’s Hockey Team is set to face off against Spain in the Rourkela leg of the FIH Hockey Pro League 2023/24. The highly anticipated match is scheduled for Monday at the iconic Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium.

In their previous encounter in the Bhubaneswar leg, India secured a 4-1 victory against Spain, showcasing their exceptional prowess on the field. These matches are crucial for us as we prepare for the Paris 2024 Olympics. We have learned a lot from our previous encounters and are eager to test ourselves once again against Spain in Rourkela.”

Following their much-anticipated clash with Spain, India is scheduled to compete against the Netherlands on February 21, Australia on February 24, and Ireland on February 25, promising an action-packed series of matches for fans and enthusiasts.

Spain’s captain, Marc Miralles, expressed his team’s determination, stating, “We want to win every game, and the game against India is no different.
