Pennsylvania High School Girls Basketball Rankings for March 5, 2024

The district girls’ basketball postseason has concluded, and the journey to Hershey for the next two weeks is now underway. After the district semifinals and championship games last week, there have been notable changes in the Top 5 of the weekly Trib HSSN girls’ basketball state rankings.

While some teams have the opportunity to re-enter the rankings, six teams have currently been excluded. Dallastown in 6A, Malvern Villa Maria Academy in 5A, Lansdale Catholic in 4A, Avonworth in 3A, Maplewood in 2A, and Williamsburg in A are no longer in the rankings.

These teams have been replaced by Central Dauphin, Bethlehem Catholic, Villa Joseph Marie, Shady Side Academy, Marion Center, and Linville Hill Christian School. The Wyomissing Spartans have taken the lead in Class 4A after claiming victory over Delone Catholic in the District 3 title game, causing the Squires to drop to No. 3.
