This development is expected to encompass a wide range of first-rate amenities, including opulent hospitality and residences, along with an extensive selection of sports and leisure facilities. The main attraction of this picturesque location is expected to be a captivating cantilevered beachfront complex.
The focal point of this extraordinary structure will be its 190 exquisite sea view apartments, complemented by a variety of retail outlets and lush green spaces. However, the crowning glory of Gidori is the addition of an 18-hole championship golf course, set against a backdrop of gently rolling hills and striking rocky terrain. Moreover, the area will feature 200 exclusive private villas and an 80-room boutique hotel to accommodate the needs of visitors.
This venture represents NEOM’s latest efforts to expand its presence in the tourism sector. Recent launches, such as Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, and Elanan, demonstrate the organization’s dedication to positioning itself as a significant player in the global hospitality and luxury lifestyle industries.
In pursuit of its ambitious goals, since June 2021, NEOM has submitted a total of 45 applications for names and logos to the US Patent and Trademark Office, out of which an impressive 33 were filed in 2023 alone. Notably, the flagship project of this mega-development is The Line, a pioneering concept city slated to span an impressive 170 kilometers, although there is speculation regarding whether it will maintain its originally envisioned length.
