The menu comprises an exquisite selection of Spanish dishes, commencing with tapas that include Iberico ham, Mama Rahm’s Classic Lentil Stew, Spicy Basque chorizo and potato, Spanish omelette, and creamy chicken fritters. This will be followed by a ‘first course’ of Basque crab salad with potato, and a choice of either Basque ribeye steak with Tudelo lettuce and piquillo peppers or turbot and Navarra white asparagus as the main course. The meal will culminate with the indulgent Milhojas de Crema y Nata, a puff pastry cake with custard and Chantilly cream.
This gathering presents Rahm with the opportunity to reconnect with his fellow champions, including PGA Tour stars such as Scottie Scheffler, Hideki Matsuyama, Jordan Spieth, and Adam Scott.
