Dunfermline Athletic Football Club recently issued a statement regarding their squad following the conclusion of the 2023/2024 season. The club has bid farewell to a number of loanees and players whose contracts have expired.
Loanees Owen Moffat, Brad Holmes, Xavier Benjamin, Malachi Fagan-Walcott, Miles Welch-Hayes, Ben Summers, and Chris Kane have returned to their respective parent clubs. Paul Allan, a Fife Elite graduate, made a total of 67 appearances for the club, scoring two goals, and also had loan spells at Stenhousemuir, Hill of Beath, Brechin City, and Albion Rovers. Full-back Miller Fenton made 7 first-team appearances and also had loan spells at East Fife and Berwick Rangers. Goalkeeper Max Little joined from Queens Park in July 2022, making 3 first-team appearances and winning the cinch Reserve League Cup. Alex Jakubiak, who joined the club from Dundee FC, made 28 appearances and scored 2 goals this season. Michael Beagley, a former Heart of Midlothian Academy footballer, made 1 appearance for the club. Lastly, Jake Rennie, who also joined from Fife Elite, made 1 appearance during his time at the club.
