Hey there! So, there’s this awesome martial arts school in Nampa, Idaho that just hosted its annual Tae Kwon Do Tournament in Meridian. And let me tell you, it was a blast! People of all ages, from as young as six to as old as 83, came together to show off their skills and have a great time.

The school, called Champions Martial Arts, is run by Senior Master Travis Dellow, who is a seventh-degree black belt. He’s super passionate about bringing people together through martial arts. According to him, it’s not just about learning the physical techniques of Tae Kwon Do, but also about building a community and making lifelong friendships.

One parent, Heather Lee, shared how Tae Kwon Do has had a positive impact on her child. She loves how it teaches discipline and the importance of always doing your best. And you know what? I totally get it. It’s amazing to see how the small things you learn in Tae Kwon Do can really shape your character over time.
