Blue Earth Area senior Addison Armstrong made an impressive comeback at the Class A individual state tennis meet, securing the singles consolation championship. After a tough first-round loss, Armstrong showed her determination by winning three consecutive matches. She finished off her high school tennis career with a victory in the consolation singles championship. In another remarkable performance, Isabelle Einess defended her Class A singles state championship without losing a single game. In doubles play, Blue Earth Area’s Olivia Dutton and Grace Hanson faced tough competition but gave it their all. The doubles championship was won by The Blake School’s Fatemeh and Nana Vang.
