Two people riding a motorcycle tragically died after colliding with a car on the Riccheri Highway. The collision occurred near the Mercado Central in Villa Celina. It happened around 8 am on Friday at kilometer 16.5, heading towards Capital Federal. The impact caused the motorcyclist and their passenger to crash into the dividing wall, resulting in their immediate deaths.

According to reports, the car skidded, collided with the guardrail, and then became lodged under the pedestrian bridge. The airbags were deployed upon impact, which likely saved the driver’s life. The driver was treated and transferred to a healthcare center for further treatment.
Images shared on social media show the front of the vehicle completely crushed by the pedestrian bridge. Despite the severity of the crash, the driver survived and received prompt medical assistance at the scene. As a result of the incident, firefighters and police personnel arrived at the scene and partially closed the highway heading towards the province, causing some delays in the area.
The cause of the violent collision is currently unknown. Authorities are working to remove the vehicle and collect evidence for further investigation.
