Hey folks! Guess what? The Halesowen Yemeni association recently organized a super cool community football tournament, and it was a massive success! The event, called the Get Active and Healthy Tournament, took place at the Soccer Zone on Park Road, Cradley, last Sunday. Can you believe it? Teams from all over the country, including Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham, Sandwell, and of course, Halesowen, participated in the tournament. How amazing is that? The tournament was a true celebration of diversity and unity, with players from different communities, both Yemeni and non-Yemeni, joining forces and having a blast on the field.

Guess who else showed up at the event? Dudley Mayor Andrea Goddard and her consort James Clinton! Talk about VIPs! Representatives from West Midlands Police, Tarro Searle and Simon Beckles, also joined in the fun. It’s great to see the community coming together, isn’t it?
