Tennis superstar Alexander Zverev is furious about the hefty $750,000 fine he received for allegedly assaulting a woman in May 2020. He called the fine ‘bulls**t’ and has lodged an objection. Zverev, who is considered innocent until a final ruling is made, expressed his frustration after a recent victory at the Paris Masters. His lawyers have rejected the accusations, stating that they have already been refuted by a forensic medical report. The alleged victim, Brenda Patea, is Zverev’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child. The ATP Tour previously investigated allegations of domestic abuse against Zverev but found insufficient evidence. Despite the ongoing legal battle, Zverev continues to compete in tennis tournaments.
