The Game Was A Total Domination By The Tornados, With Donovan Stafford, Luis Gonzalez, And Ibrahima Diallo All Scoring In Double Figures. Robert Hall Also Stood Out With A Game-High 12 Rebounds At The Concordia Fieldhouse.
The Tornados Showed Their Strength In Every Aspect Of The Game, Marking Their Largest Margin Of Victory Since Jan. 4, 2018. The Team Displayed Great Balance, With 51 Points Coming From The Bench And 60 Points Scored In The Paint. Additionally, They Capitalized On Turnovers And Fast Breaks, Shooting An Impressive 54.4 Percent From The Field.
The Knights Made An Early Push With A 13-2 Run, Taking A 29-20 Lead Midway Through The First Half. However, The Entrance Of Gonzalez And Sophomore Guard Branden Myart Turned The Tide, As They Combined For 11 Straight Points To Help The Tornados Regain The Lead. CTX Continued Their Momentum And Went Into Halftime With A Commanding 54-29 Lead.
The Second Half Saw Concordia Maintaining Their Dominance, Opening With A 23-7 Run In The First Nine Minutes. With The Game Firmly In Their Control, The Tornados Secured A Comfortable Victory.
