This upcoming weekend, five of the Isle of Man’s national junior squads are set to participate in the England Hockey Championships. Two squads have advanced to the second round ties in their knockout championships, while three others are slated to take part in the EH Plate competitions. The Under-16 Boys will contend against Preston Boys in the EH Boys U16 Tier 2 competition at 9am, and the Isle of Man Under-16 Girls are scheduled to face Preston Girls in the EH Girls Tier 2 KO tournament at 10:30am. The Manx Under-18 Girls are set to compete against Garstang in the EH Girls U18 Tier 2 Plate at 10am, and the Isle of Man will take on Alderley Edge in the EH U14 Boys Tier 2 Plate at 10:30am. Furthermore, the EH U14 Girls Tier 2 Plate will showcase the Isle of Man against Timperley at 10am, all at various venues across the UK.
